Quickstart

Get an API key in 60 seconds, hit the /fhir endpoint, and pull back a Bundle of synthetic Patient resources. Works with any FHIR R4 client library — no special SDK required.

Authentication

Bearer-token API keys for server-to-server access. SMART on FHIR OAuth2 + PKCE for app launch flows (standalone and EHR launch). Full discovery endpoint at /.well-known/smart-configuration.

FHIR resources

Patient, Encounter, Condition, Observation, MedicationRequest, MedicationDispense, Procedure, DiagnosticReport, DocumentReference, ImagingStudy, AllergyIntolerance, Immunization, Coverage, RelatedPerson, FamilyMemberHistory, and more. All US Core 6.1 profiled with LOINC, SNOMED, RxNorm, and ICD-10 codings.

Search, read, write

Full FHIR search parameter support, _include / _revinclude, chained searches, and conditional references. Write operations supported on Pro. Bulk export via the $export operation for population-scale testing.
