Aidbox is Health Samurai's commercial FHIR platform. It supports FHIR R4 and R5 natively, ships with SQL-on-FHIR, custom resources, and strong tooling for payer workflows. Not open source but widely adopted in production.

Tests are authored as FHIR R4 TestScript Resources and run by an open-source executor against a fresh Docker deployment of each server. We deliberately don't compute a composite number — read the methodology for the reasoning.
