Tests are FHIR R4 TestScript Resources stored in a public repo. Vendors can read, critique, and PR the tests directly — there is no proprietary DSL.
We deliberately don't roll up a single conformance number. A composite invites unfair comparison. Every cell shows passed / total per MUST · SHOULD · MAY bucket; let readers zoom in.
Anyone can rerun a round locally with make conformance. The runner, the TestScripts, and the schema are open source.
