Every health-tech team I've worked with hit the same wall. They sign a hospital deal, point at a real Epic, and discover that Epic's FHIR isn't quite Cerner's FHIR isn't quite Meditech's FHIR. The edge cases get discovered on go-live, in a war room, at 2am.
There's a map of those deviations in everyone's head, rebuilt from scratch on every contract. I'm writing it down and wiring it into a sandbox: one set of synthetic patients with real clinical depth, served as Epic, Cerner, and Meditech personalities on the wire. Build against them before the deal closes.
