One observed quirk in this vendor's deployments

Patient search refuses to enumerate without demographics-or-_id; birthdate alone fails Epic's Patient search is not population-enumerable on the public sandbox: `Patient?_count=200` cannot be used to discover unknown patients. Live customer integrations face the same gate — patient discovery is by-identifier or by-demographics, never by-population. Catalog known sandbox patient IDs out of band and drive testing from that roster.

From the public Epic overlay finding sweep (2026-04-26). Full vendor overlay has 22 findings with verbatim quotes and source URLs.

Mock this endpoint

This outlier cluster has too few production endpoints for us to host a dedicated mock under /v/cluster/epic-cluster-C/ today. The modal Epic cluster is the wire shape that most production deployments use — that's the right starting point for integration testing.
